I build design communities as a local representative of the Interaction Design Association in Detroit and a member of the Automotive UX group. I also facilitate design thinking workshops for high school students, judge robotic projects at high school competitions, and UX designs at creative jams for Adobe. Recently, I am mentoring designers on ADPList.

At Ford Motor Company, I get to master participatory design by designing and facilitating more than 25 workshops and weekly sprint cycles. I receive an innovation employee recognition for my contributions to Create Tomorrow in the organization based on my ability to "look ahead and bring clarity to the future, solve problems creatively, accept risk, and experiment boldly."

I work as an Interaction Designer to create a functional prototype of an in-car infotainment system for autonomous driving at Dura Automotive Systems. Then, the team and I exhibit the concept at international electronic shows in the USA and abroad. We also submit to innovation patents in the shared mobility landscape.

In the second year of the master, I am a winner of two academic awards, and a first-place winner of the Interaction Design sponsored project. I become a hybrid researcher, design thinker, and human-computer interaction designer as the only student ever at CCS to obtain the MFA degree by taking classes from both the integrated design and interaction design school.

As the only one with no design background out of 22 students in the postgraduate school, I make videos when others design 3D models and storyboards instead of sketches in my first semester. I get challenged by the high standards of Italian designers and the complexity of cybernetician frameworks.
